Juventus have made it official: Pierre Kalulu is now a permanent member of the Bianconeri. The announcement comes on a special day for the French defender, as he celebrates his 25th birthday and marks a new chapter in his career with the club.
A Memorable First Year in Turin
Kalulu joined Juventus last summer on loan from AC Milan and quickly established himself as a key figure in the defence. Over the course of the season, he made 39 appearances and scored a crucial goal in an away match against Atalanta. His consistent performances not only earned him a regular spot in the starting lineup but also his first senior call-up to the French national team.
The Details of the Transfer
Juventus initially paid €3 million for Kalulu’s loan. To complete the permanent transfer, the club will pay AC Milan an additional €14.3 million, spread over three years. There are also €300,000 in ancillary costs and up to €3 million in performance-related bonuses. Kalulu has signed a contract with Juventus until June 30, 2029, securing his future in Turin for the long term.
