Milan aims to negotiate a pay cut for Vlahovic, potentially reducing his annual wage by about half, which would require Juventus’ cooperation in financially facilitating the deal through severance or other means.
Juventus, meanwhile, is expected to soften its stance in the coming weeks, partly driven by the need to clear space for new signings like Randal Kolo Muani. Vlahovic’s contract situation is currently stalling Juventus’ market activity, complicating efforts to bolster the squad.
Options for Vlahovic at Juventus appear limited. A contract extension, necessary to consider a loan move, seems unlikely. The alternatives are either remaining in Turin—risking exclusion from the squad—or negotiating a mutual termination with a settlement.
