Miretti

Juventus Injury Update: Fabio Miretti Still Sidelined, Return Date Unclear

IlBianconero report that Fabio Miretti remains unavailable for Juventus as he continues his recovery from a thigh injury suffered during the club’s traditional summer friendly against the Next Gen side. The midfielder was forced off the pitch shortly before halftime in that match, signalling discomfort in his right thigh to the team’s medical staff.

Following the game, Miretti underwent a series of medical examinations at J Medical, which revealed a low-grade lesion of the semitendinosus muscle in his right leg. Since then, the young midfielder has been working on an individual rehabilitation program, separate from the rest of the squad, and has not yet returned to group training.

Despite efforts to accelerate his recovery, there is still no set date for Miretti’s comeback. He once again trained individually in the latest session ahead of Juventus’ upcoming Serie A clash against Como, managed by Cesc Fàbregas. With the match scheduled for Sunday, October 19, at 19:30, the chances of seeing the midfielder included in the squad appear minimal.

Miretti has yet to make an appearance under coach Igor Tudor this season. The club will continue to monitor his progress closely, hoping to reintegrate him fully into the group after he completes his recovery program in the coming weeks.
