Jeremie Boga Set to Join Juventus: Loan Deal Agreed with Nice

Reports from Italy confirm that Juventus have finalized an agreement to sign Jeremie Boga from OGC Nice on loan with an option to buy. The Ivorian winger has arrived in Turin for his medical tests and to sign his contract, marking a return to Serie A, where he previously made a strong impression.

Boga came through the youth ranks at Chelsea before making his name in Italy with Sassuolo. During his time there, he gained recognition as one of the most unpredictable and exciting players in the league, thanks to his dribbling skills, pace, and ability to take on defenders one-on-one. Capable of playing both as a left winger and an attacking midfielder, he brings creativity and variation to the attacking phase.

This season at Nice, Boga featured in 20 matches across Ligue 1, the Europa League, and Champions League qualifiers, recording two goals and two assists. In Ligue 1, he made 14 appearances totaling 323 minutes, while also participating in four European contests. Though his playing time was somewhat limited, his technical quality remains beyond doubt.

For Juventus, the move represents a calculated gamble aimed at injecting flair and depth into their attacking options. If Boga can regain consistency and confidence, he could become a key weapon for the team’s offensive phase and provide valuable rest opportunities for rising star Kenan Yildiz. The Bianconeri are betting that a familiar environment like Serie A can help Boga rediscover his best form.
