Licina

Official: Adin Licina Joins Juventus – The Young Midfielder to Start with Next Gen

It’s now official: Adin Licina is a new Juventus player. The young German midfielder has signed with the Bianconeri and will initially play for the club’s Next Gen side.

Licina arrived in Turin on Saturday evening, landing at Caselle Airport, and completed his medical examinations on Sunday morning alongside Jeremie Boga. After undergoing the necessary formalities, he signed a long-term contract that ties him to the club until 30 June 2029, with Juventus confirming the deal through an official statement.

From Bayern Munich to Turin

Born in Munich in 2007, Adin Licina joins Juventus after completing his entire youth development at Bayern Munich, where he established himself as one of the most promising young midfielders in Europe.

During the first half of the season, Licina featured in 20 matches for Bayern across national competitions and the UEFA Youth League, contributing 2 goals and 6 assists. His performances showcased not only his eye for goal but also his creativity and vision in linking play between midfield and attack.

Player Profile

Licina is an attacking midfielder with dual German and Montenegrin nationality. Known for his technical ability, composure on the ball, and intelligent movement between the lines, he fits the profile of a modern creative midfielder—someone equally capable of scoring and setting up teammates.

For now, Licina will join Juventus Next Gen, where he’ll look to adapt to Italian football and continue his development within the Bianconeri system.
