The moment that Juventus supporters have been waiting for since the summer of 2025 has finally arrived. Randal Kolo Muani has landed in Turin, completed his medical examinations, and is now awaiting only the formality of signing his contract before being officially unveiled as a Juventus player for the second time.

The Final Agreements Sealed on Saturday Night

According to Calciomercato journalist Matteo Palmisano, the concluding details of the operation between Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain were finalised on the evening of Saturday 1 August. PSG gave the green light for the medical to proceed on Sunday morning, and Kolo Muani wasted no time in making his way to Turin to complete the formalities.

The deal is a permanent transfer — confirmed as an outright purchase rather than the loan-with-obligation structure that had previously been discussed. The total cost of the operation is €38 million in fixed fees plus up to €12 million in performance-related bonuses, with a sell-on percentage also granted to PSG as part of the final agreement — a provision that helped bridge the financial gap between the two clubs’ positions and bring a year-long negotiation to its conclusion.

A Second Chapter Begins

For Kolo Muani, the return to Turin carries an almost poetic quality. During his loan spell at Juventus in the first half of 2025, he scored eight goals and provided one assist in sixteen Serie A appearances — the most productive and consistent football he has played since leaving Eintracht Frankfurt. Every conversation he has had about his future throughout this summer has pointed in one direction: back to Turin, back to Spalletti, back to the system and environment in which he found himself again as a footballer.

For Juventus, the signing closes the most significant open file of the entire summer — and does so with the precise combination of patience, persistence, and financial discipline that has come to define the Carnevali and Massara era at the Allianz Stadium. The rebuild, on this Sunday afternoon in August, has its striker. The new Juventus, at last, is beginning to take its final shape.
