This page explains how JuveNewsLive is run, how we source and verify stories, how we handle mistakes, and who is accountable for what we publish. It applies to every article on this site.
Who We Are
JuveNewsLive was established in 2025 to cover Juventus F.C. — transfers, match coverage, club news, and analysis. The site is owned and operated by JuveNewsLive and edited by Alex Maresca. JuveNewsLive is an independent fan-run publication and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Juventus Football Club.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions — what we cover, how we frame it, and when we publish — are made independently by our editorial team. Advertising and commercial partnerships never influence editorial content. Any sponsored or paid content is clearly labelled as such.
Sourcing Standards
We aim to be transparent about where information comes from:
- Where possible, we cite the original reporter or outlet by name and link to the source.
- Transfer news is graded by reliability where relevant (e.g. “official,” “advanced talks,” “links/speculation”) rather than presented as confirmed when it isn’t.
- We distinguish clearly between reported news, analysis, and opinion. Opinion and analysis pieces are labelled as such in the article.
- Anonymous or unnamed sources are used only when a named source isn’t possible, and we independently assess the source’s reliability before publishing.
- We do not knowingly publish unverified rumour as fact, and we update or remove stories that don’t hold up.
Corrections Policy
We correct errors promptly and transparently:
- Factual errors (e.g. wrong scores, incorrect quotes, misattributed information) are corrected as soon as we’re able to verify the correct information.
- Significant corrections are noted at the bottom of the article with the date of the correction and a brief description of the change.
- Minor corrections (typos, formatting) may be fixed without a note.
- Developing stories are updated as new information emerges; where a headline or key fact changes materially, we note the update time.
- To report an error, email corrections@juvenewslive.com with the article URL and details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Ethics & Conduct
- We do not accept payment in exchange for favourable coverage.
- Writers disclose any personal conflict of interest relevant to a story they’re covering (e.g. personal ties to a player or agent).
- We respect embargoes agreed with clubs, players, or their representatives.
- Images are credited to their source (e.g. Getty) and used under appropriate licence.
Complaints
If you have a concern about an article that isn’t resolved through a correction request, you can escalate it to our editor directly at editor@juvenewslive.com.
