Vasilije Adzic was the hero of the night as his late strike sealed Juventus’ 4-3 victory over Inter. Speaking to DAZN (as quoted by TuttoJuve) after the decisive moment, the young midfielder expressed his joy and underlined his ambition for the rest of the season.
Reflecting on his celebration and the historic importance of the goal, Adzic said:
“It’s a dream to play, to score a very important goal for Juve, it’s really a dream. Now we have to keep working harder, day by day, and we will fight for the Scudetto as the coach said.”
Kenan Yildiz also spoke after the win, expressing his pride in the team’s performance and his gratitude for the support surrounding him.
“We played a great match, I can’t always do the tongue celebration because it’s his (Del Piero’s). Thanks to everyone – the fans, the media, the coach. When we are kids we always want to play this derby, I always give my best and I hope to be able to do it for many years,” he said.
