The conversations, held through calls and WhatsApp messages, centred on his potential return to Turin as he waits for further developments — particularly on Liverpool’s side, who are assessing their squad ahead of Mohamed Salah’s comeback.
Juventus’ Conditions
Chiesa, born in 1997, is well aware that a return to Juventus would come with conditions. Under Luciano Spalletti, he would not be viewed as the star man but rather as a valuable addition capable of raising the team’s level. Any starting position would have to be earned on merit, without relying on past achievements.
Spalletti has not yet spoken directly with the player, though contact is expected soon. The coach intends to clarify expectations before any decisions are made.
