Juventus Executive Salaries in 2024/25: From Giuntoli’s Exit Pay to Comolli’s Bonus

Juventus’s executive pay structure remained broadly stable during the 2024/25 financial year, according to the club’s annual report for the year ending 30 June 2025. The total remuneration for board members, auditors, and executives with strategic responsibilities amounted to just under €5.7 million — a slight decrease compared with the previous year’s €5.8 million.

Leadership Changes and Continuity

Calcio e Finanza report how the 2024/25 season marked the second year since Juventus’s board reshuffle following the departures linked to the 2022 financial investigation that ended the Agnelli era. However, it was also a transitional year: Cristiano Giuntoli’s spell as Managing Football Director came to an end after just one season. His departure included a severance package, opening the way for the arrival of French executive Damien Comolli, who now leads the club’s revamped management structure.

Gianluca Ferrero remained in his role as club president, while CEO Maurizio Scanavino’s mandate is set to end with the approval of the 2024/25 balance sheet, after which Comolli will officially take over day-to-day operations.

Giuntoli’s Departure and Comolli’s Signing Bonus

The financial report shows that strategic executives earned a combined €3.25 million during the 2024/25 season. Cristiano Giuntoli received just over €2.3 million gross, including €24,517 in non-monetary benefits, plus an €850,000 severance payment. The report also notes the “potential payment of €500,000 under certain conditions linked to future re-employment.”

Meanwhile, to secure the arrival of Damien Comolli, the board approved a one-off signing bonus of €950,000 gross as part of efforts to attract and retain a proven executive with both football and commercial expertise. His full compensation package, including salary and benefits, exceeded €1 million.

Board and Committee Compensation

Among other senior figures, President Gianluca Ferrero earned €409,000, while CEO Maurizio Scanavino received over €818,000. Board members Laura Cappiello, Fioranna Vittoria Negri, and Diego Pistone each received €75,000.
For the supervisory committee, chairman Roberto Spada earned €30,000, while full members Maria Luisa Mosconi and Roberto Petrignani each collected €20,000.
