Milan Eye Juventus Striker Jonathan David Amid Winter Market Watch

Start

AC Milan are keeping a close eye on potential attacking reinforcements ahead of the winter transfer window. With Santiago Gimenez struggling to make an impact — having scored only once so far, in the Coppa Italia, and yet to find the net in Serie A — the Rossoneri are monitoring several options to bolster their forward line. Calciomercato report that among the names mentioned, including Robert Lewandowski, Panichelli and Dusan Vlahovic, a new rumour has emerged involving Juventus striker Jonathan David.

David joined Juventus last summer on a free transfer after a successful spell in Ligue 1 with Lille. Reports in recent days suggest that the Canadian forward has made a strong impression on Massimiliano Allegri. Milan, meanwhile, are believed to be interested in a potential move should Juventus decide to open negotiations, possibly on a temporary basis with an option to buy.

At present, however, there are no concrete talks between the clubs. According to recent updates, David remains focused on his future in Turin. The striker is determined to prove himself and earn a key role under Juventus manager Luciano Spalletti, rather than seeking a move away midway through the season.
