OFFICIAL: Igor Tudor Extends Juventus Contract Until 2027

The rumours have turned into reality: Igor Tudor has officially renewed his contract with Juventus, committing to lead the club until June 30, 2027, with an option to extend for another year until 2028. This marks a significant vote of confidence from Juventus, rewarding the Croatian coach for his impressive impact since arriving in March.

Tudor took charge late in the Serie A season and immediately made his mark, guiding Juventus to secure a spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League. His tenure began with a home victory at the Allianz Stadium against Genoa and concluded with a crucial away win over Venezia on the final matchday. These results solidified his bond with the club and set the stage for a new era.

Juventus celebrated the renewal with a statement that captured the essence of Tudor’s contribution:

“Passion. Charisma. Juventus spirit. Words that perfectly capture what Igor Tudor has brought to Juventus since taking over the Men’s First Team in late March – and what he will continue to represent in the years ahead. Congratulations, Coach Tudor!”

The club emphasized that Tudor’s relationship with Juventus has grown even stronger, particularly due to his leadership during a decisive period. His next challenge will come soon, as Juventus heads to the United States to compete in the FIFA Club World Cup.

General manager Damien Comolli also expressed his satisfaction with the agreement, stating his appreciation for Tudor’s intensity and resilience and affirming the club’s intention to build its future around him.

Tudor himself shared his feelings after signing the new deal:

“I feel I am in the right place. I feel good, motivated, willing, surrounded by quality people who love me and want to do the best. I am happy and proud.”
