Juventus have officially confirmed the signing of Kosovar winger Edon Zhegrova from Ligue 1 side Lille.
The transfer fee is €14 million plus €3 million in bonuses. Zhegrova, 26 years old, has been a standout player at Lille since joining from Basel, with over 100 appearances in all competitions, including the UEFA Champions League. The player’s strong desire to join Juventus played a significant role in finalizing the deal.
Zhegrova is set to wear the number 11 jersey at Juventus and has signed a contract that will keep him at the club until 2030, with an annual salary of about 2.5 million euros. His arrival is part of a busy transfer period for Juventus, who have also secured other major signings such as Jonathan David, Joao Mario, Francisco Conceição, and Michele Di Gregorio. The acquisition of Zhegrova adds depth and quality to head coach Igor Tudor’s squad as they strengthen the team for the upcoming season.
