Juventus struggled to create chances against a resolute Torino side, ultimately being held to a 0-0 draw with the goalkeepers being decisive.
Juventus
Di Gegorio: Had a slight scare on the 28′ mark but came off his line to deny Simeone. Made a GREAT save in the second half to keep things level. 7.0/10
Kalulu: Worked hard but was caught on a couple of occasions when Toro broke with pace. 6.0/10
Rugani: A very quiet opening half, seldom under pressure and subbed off for the second ’45. 5.5/10
Koopmeiners: Looked so much more comfortable in his new role, regularly pushed forward and pinged in some dangerous crosses. A quieter second half. 6.0/10
Mckennie: Solid without being spectacular, put in a good shift, had a great chance to put Juve ahead and was only just denied. 5.5/10
Thuram: Improved from recent weeks, was more involved, had a half effort saved by the keeper. Had some poor touches in the second half, including one that almost gifted Torino a goal. 5.5/10
Locatelli: Set the tempo when Juve dominated possession in the opening half. 6.0/10
Cambiaso: Smart runs down the flank, cutting in and out, linking well with Yildiz. 5.5/10
Yildiz: Another player who worked hard but spent much of the night being frustrated by the sturdy Torino backline. Forced a good save on ’72 mark. 5.5/10
Conceicao: Put in a lot of effort and was almost rewarded when cutting in and forcing a good stop from the keeper. 5.5/10
Vlahovic: Had a half chance in the opening half but was left frustrated for large spells as the Torino defence had his measure. 5.5/10
Substitutions
Gatti: 5.5/10
