Paolo Ardoino, CEO of Tether, has once again addressed Juventus fans via his X profile, sharing his perspective on the club’s current situation and Tether’s involvement as a minority shareholder. Ardoino, who recently attended Juventus’ home match against Udinese, has been using social media to communicate directly with supporters amid growing frustration about the team’s performance.
Reflecting on the recent atmosphere, Ardoino wrote:
“Since Tether announced its investment in Juventus, and especially in recent days, following the growing frustrations of fans about the current state of the team, many of you have asked me when Tether will ‘put in the money’ to support Juventus, buy new players, etc…”
He continued by clarifying Tether’s position and intentions:
“Tether can’t wait to participate in the growth and future of the team. But as of today, the club has not even allowed Tether to participate in the capital increase announced a month ago (about 15-110 million). We simply cannot contribute if we are not allowed by the club.”
Ardoino concluded with a note of disappointment and a touch of irony:
“It’s really a shame to leave willing partners aside who could invest significantly to help make Juventus great again. I hope at least the money from my ticket in the stands can help support the management’s expenses… Make Juventus Great Again MJGA.”
