“Tudor Is a Facsimile of Gasperini, I Like Him”: Cassano Praises Juventus Coach

Antonio Cassano, never one to shy away from strong opinions, recently shared his thoughts on Juventus and their current coach Igor Tudor during an appearance on Viva el Fútbol (as quoted by Calciomercato) . Cassano’s comments highlighted both the identity of Juventus and the positive impact Tudor has had since taking charge.

Cassano: “Tudor Is a Facsimile of Gasperini, I Like Him”

Speaking candidly, Cassano said, “Juventus has only one objective. In the identity of Juve, you have to run, fight, and attack. I like Tudor because he plays man-to-man, he is a facsimile of Gasperini. He likes to attack, with different ideas.”

Cassano continued, “He arrived two months ago, and before he came, I would not have believed that Juve could qualify for the Champions League. Tudor deserves to be confirmed. Conceicao was one of the best on the pitch.”

Lele Adani: “It’s Important to Let Tudor Work”

Lele Adani, host of Viva el Fútbol, also weighed in on the topic, emphasizing the importance of continuity and understanding between the club and its coach.
“The moment you connect with Tudor and understand his way of working—moreover, he has a history with those colors—it is important to let him work,” Adani said.

He added, “Juventus will analyze the top manager-top player situation. Tudor has put his beliefs and personality into his work, but it was difficult to imagine that Juve would not qualify for the Champions League.”
