Kenan Yildiz spoke to Sky Sport (as quoted by ilbianconero) after Juventus’ dramatic 4-4 draw against Borussia Dortmund, reflecting on his performance and his goal.
When asked what went through his mind before scoring, Yildiz explained:
“This was a bit of an instinctive goal. When the ball came to me, I saw that I had some space, I saw an opening and then it all went in like in slow motion. I’m happy and pleased with this goal. And for having scored such a beautiful goal. I’m also happy for the team.”
On how he feels within the group, the young forward added:
“I have to say that even at the Club World Cup I felt really good with the team and the coach. We also started the season really well and I’m happy. I’m also happy for the team, because I’m helping them. I always want to do my best for the team. I’m a little tired, though.”
Finally, asked whether coach Igor Tudor demands a lot from him in the defensive phase, he simply replied:
“Yes, a little bit.”
