In a season fraught with challenges, Juventus faces another setback as their most passionate supporters, the ultras, have announced their decision to boycott the upcoming away match against Fiorentina. This move comes as the Turin giants struggle to secure a top-four finish and Champions League qualification for the 2025/26 season.

The Drughi, one of the primary ultra groups supporting Juventus, released a statement explaining their decision: “At home, the silence will be increasingly deafening. And in Florence, we won’t be there because you don’t deserve us. There are no more words to describe this travesty! You will never have us as you want us! We are Juventus.”

This boycott is part of an ongoing protest against the club’s management, board, and head coach Thiago Motta, whose future hangs in the balance despite having another year on his contract. The ultras’ absence will be keenly felt as Juventus attempts to bounce back from a disappointing loss to Atalanta in their previous league fixture.

The match against Fiorentina, scheduled for Sunday, March 16th at 18:00, is crucial for Juventus in their pursuit of Champions League football. However, they will have to do so without the vocal support of their most ardent fans.

Looking ahead, Juventus faces a challenging run of fixtures that could define their season. After the Fiorentina clash, they host Genoa on March 29th, followed by an away trip to Roma on April 6th. The team then returns home to face Lecce on April 12th before concluding their campaign with matches against Parma, Monza, Bologna, Lazio, Udinese, and Venezia.
