Juventus Set to Extend Yildiz’s Contract: “The Goal Is to Keep Him Until 2030”

Juventus are  preparing to depart for the United States to compete in the FIFA Club World Cup, a tournament that promises not only significant sporting challenges but also major financial rewards, with the club potentially earning up to €100 million. As the Bianconeri get ready to face top teams from around the globe, including Manchester City in the group stage, the club’s leadership is also focused on securing its future off the pitch.

After recent moves such as the introduction of new general manager Damien Comolli, the contract extension for coach Igor Tudor, and the renewal of young defender Nicolò Savona, Corriere dello Sport report (as quoted by IlBianconero)  how Juventus are now setting its sights on another crucial objective: extending Kenan Yildiz’s contract until 2030.

Yildiz, born in 2005, has rapidly become one of Juventus’s most prized assets. Already a key figure in the squad, he has demonstrated his value and potential throughout the current season. The club sees him as a cornerstone of its long-term project and wants to “lock him down” with a new contract. According to reports, Juventus plans to begin renewal talks as soon as the team returns from the Club World Cup.

Currently, Yildiz’s contract runs until 2029. The proposed extension would add another year and include a significant salary increase. The Turkish international currently earns about €1.5 million net per season, but with the new deal, his wages could rise to around €4 million per year.

Juventus’s strategy mirrors the recent renewal of Savona, another young talent developed in the club’s youth system and now committed until 2030. However, Yildiz’s case is particularly central to the club’s future. The intention is clear: to make the young  star an even more integral part of the Juventus project for years to come.
