Juan Cuadrado has spoken ahead of the eagerly awaited clash between Juventus and Inter, sharing his thoughts with Sky Sport (as quoted by ilbianconero) on what promises to be one of the headline fixtures of the Serie A season.
“Juventus-Inter? They are the strongest teams along with Napoli and Roma,” Cuadrado said. “It will be a great battle, if you look at the last few seasons the titles have always been decided at the end. Juventus have strengthened really well, they have some great players, so it will be a big contest with Inter – and may the best team win.”
When asked which side he considers stronger, the Colombian reflected: “Who is the best? Inter last year had a great league season and Champions League. They didn’t win anything, but we saw they are a strong team. Juventus, meanwhile, are coming from a period of change with younger players, but it’s always Juve and you have to be careful. For me, Inter and Napoli are in better shape at the moment.”
