Yildiz

Juventus Set to Secure Kenan Yildiz for the Future

Start

Juventus are moving rapidly to secure the future of their standout young talent, Kenan Yildiz, whose dazzling performances and leadership have made him the centrepiece of the club’s current project. With major European sides such as Real Madrid and Chelsea reportedly expressing strong interest — and Chelsea tabling a €70 million bid over the summer — the urgency at Continassa is clear: Juventus are determined to keep their number 10 and build the next era around him.

La Gazzetta dello Sport (via IlBianconero) report how Yildiz’s role has become increasingly vital, reflected by his captain’s armband at the Bernabeu and more than 800 minutes played already this season despite a minor knee issue. His technical ability and winning mentality have made him indispensable, to the point that Juventus struggle to imagine the team without him at present. The club’s management, led by Damien Comolli, is working tirelessly to finalise the extension, aiming to keep Yildiz in Turin at least until 2030.

Negotiations are entering their final phase, with the player’s family recently spotted at Juventus headquarters, fuelling optimism about an imminent announcement. Juventus are prepared to offer a significant raise, with a salary that would make Yildiz one of the highest earners at the club — though not quite at the level of Dusan Vlahovic’s €12 million, the deal is projected to reach between €5 and €6 million per season plus substantial bonuses. Currently, Jonathan David is the top earner at €6 million, setting a new financial benchmark for the squad.

For Juventus, retaining Yildiz is a declaration of intent: he is the club’s most important player and their plans for the next five years are built around his talent and influence. As European giants circle, the Bianconeri are ready to make a final push to keep their young star firmly in black-and-white for seasons to come.
